内置反射型铝百叶中空玻璃窗热工性能研究

摘  要:如何在夏热冬冷地区最大限度发挥建筑外窗的节能减排作用是一个棘手问题。本文通过分析夏热冬冷地区的气候特点,提出在内置百叶玻璃窗的百叶片两面贴上镜面铝箔,降低窗户的导热系数,在夏季减少热能进入室内,在冬季白天充分利用太阳能,夜晚减少室内热损失。通过实验及与数值模拟方法对内置反射型铝百叶中空玻璃窗的导热系数、传热系数、太阳得热系数、遮阳系数等光学、热工参数进行了研究。结果表明,内置反射型铝百叶中空玻璃窗相比内置普通铝百叶中空玻璃窗的传热系数和遮阳系数更低,保温隔热和遮阳效果更加明显;当百叶闭合时,其空气层厚度的最佳范围为28~34 mm;其空气层厚度δ及百叶倾角θ对传热系数K的影响具有交互性,δ越小,θ对K值的影响越大;内置反射型铝百叶中空玻璃窗具有更高的性价比,市场前景非常广阔。How to analyze the energy saving and emission reduction of building exterior windows in hot summer and cold winter regions is a thorny issue.By analyzing the climatic characteristics of hot summer and cold winter regions,this paper suggested pasting mirror aluminum foil on both sides of the louvre blades of built-in louvered insulating glass windows to reduce the thermal conductivity of the windows,so as to reduce the heat into the interior in summer and make full use of solar energy during the daytime and reduce the indoor heat loss at night in winter.Optical and thermal parameters such as the thermal conductivity,heat transfer coefficient,solar heat gain coefficient,shading coefficient,etc.of the built-in reflective aluminum louvered insulating glass window were studied with experimental and numerical simulation methods.The results showed that the heat transfer coefficient and sun shading coefficient of the built-in reflective aluminum louvered insulating glass window are lower,and the heat preservation,heat insulation and sun shading effects are more obvious,compared with the built-in ordinary aluminum louvered insulating glass window;the optimal range of its air layer thickness is 28-34 mm when the louvers are closed;the influence of its air layer thickness S and louver inclination angle on the heat transfer coefficient K is interactive,and the smaller is,the larger the influence of on the K value is;built-in reflective aluminum louvered insulating glass windows have higher cost performance and a very broad market prospect.
