摘 要:医院病房内老年躺卧患者占比大,室内热环境设计需要可预测该类人群热舒适的模型。本研究以广州市医院病房为地点,对30名卧床休养的心血管疾病老年患者进行连续生理参数监测及主观问卷调查,同时对现场环境进行测试,用预测新陈代谢率Ireton Jones1992公式修正Lin&Deng热平衡方程,使预测模型适用于卧床老年患者,并用现场调查结果作为验证,以提高预测热感觉的准确率。结果表明:老年患者新陈代谢率平均值M=48.21 W/m^(2),高于标准给出的健康成年人新陈代谢率,修正后的热舒适模型比Lin&Deng模型平均绝对值误差降低了47.2%,热感觉预测稳健性提升了26.3%,修正后模型预测的热中性温度比Lin&Deng模型预测值误差减少1.9℃。在湿热地区病房适老化设计中,该热舒适模型为建设健康宜居的病房环境提供理论参考。The proportion of elderly patients lying down in hospital wards is large,and the indoor thermal environment design needs a model that can predict the thermal comfort of this population.In this study,30 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases(CVD)who were resting in bed in hospital wards in Guangzhou accepted continuous physiological parameter monitoring and a subjective questionnaire survey.Meanwhile,the field environment was tested.The Lin&Deng heat balance equation was modified with Ireton Jones 1992 formula for predicting the metabolic rate.The prediction model was applied to bedridden elderly patients,and the results of field investigation was used as validation to improve the accuracy of predicting thermal sensation.The results showed that the mean metabolic rate of elderly patients is M=48.21 W/m~2,which is higher than the standard metabolic rate of healthy adults.The average absolute error of the modified thermal comfort model is 47.2%lower than that of the Lin&Deng model,and the robustness of thermal sensation prediction is 26.3%higher.The thermoneutral temperature predicted by the modified model is 1.9℃lower than that predicted by the Lin&Deng model.In the aging design of wards in hot and humid areas,the thermal comfort model provides theoretical reference for building a healthy and livable ward environment.
