摘  要:人体热舒适对于维持身心健康和工作效率至关重要,但目前研究大多关注环境温度对人体热舒适的影响,较少考虑环境温度和暴露时间的交互影响。为探究上述问题,本文招募了30名受试者,分别于18、24和30℃环境温度中连续暴露60 min,收集了受试者主观热感觉和热舒适投票与客观脑电参数。采用双因素方差分析研究了环境温度和暴露时间对主观投票的交互作用,在此基础上,分析了暴露30 min和60 min时,受试者不同通道下不同波段脑电功率的变化规律,及其与主观投票的相关性。结果表明:短期中性暴露(30 min)的脑电功率最低,且中性环境下P8通道α、β、θ波段功率相较于冷环境分别降低8.71%、4.25%、5.66%;暴露时间延长至60 min时,冷和热环境中的不舒适感觉加剧,不同环境温度的脑电功率差异性缩小;暴露30 min,P8通道功率与热舒适显著相关,暴露60 min,F4通道更为显著。研究结果可为营造舒适、健康热环境提供理论依据。Human thermal comfort is critical to maintaining both psychosomatic health and work efficiency.Nevertheless,existing studies mostly focus on the influence of ambient temperature on human thermal comfort,and seldom consider the interaction between ambient temperature and exposure time.To investigate the problems mentioned above,30 subjects were recruited and exposed to ambient temperatures of 18℃,24℃,and 30℃continuously for 60 minutes each.Subjects'thermal sensation vote(TSV),thermal comfort vote(TCV)and objective EEG parameters were collected.The impact of the interaction between ambient temperature and exposure time on subjective ratings was examined by the two-way analysis of variance(ANOVA).On this basis,variations in EEG power in various channels at various frequency bands were examined,along with their relationship with subjective ratings,after 30 and 60 minutes of exposure.The findings indicated that the EEC power was the lowest after short-term neutral exposure(30 minutes),and the power ofα,βand bands of P8 channel in neutral environment reduced by 8.71%,4.25%,and 5.66%,respectively,as compared to the cold environment.When the exposure time was extended to 60 minutes,discomfort in the cold or hot environment was intensified,and variations in EEG power at different ambient temperatures were reduced.The power of P8 channel was significantly correlated with thermal comfort after 30 minutes of exposure,and the power of F4 channel was more significant after 60 minutes of exposure.The findings of the study can offer a theoretical foundation for developing a comfortable and healthy thermal environment.
