摘 要:为提高日光温室太阳能利用率和解决温室夜间低温问题,本研究通过增加抛物槽式空气集热器中集热管的数量的方法,提出了1种新型三集热管双抛物面槽式空气集热器(简称:三管集热器),并搭建温室主被动集热蓄热系统。试验分析5组三管集热器的热性能及其对日光温室热环境的改善效果。结果表明,在试验条件下三管集热器组入口空气流速的较优流速为5.07 m/s,三管集热器的平均集热效率和平均?效率分别为52.1%和6.4%;三管集热器组应用于日光温室中,在入口空气流量为322.4 m^(3)/h的条件下,主被动温室的墙体表面温度、室内空气温度以及0.1 m深度处土壤温度始终高于普通温室的,并且夜间22:00—次日10:00低温时段,主被动温室墙体表面温度、室内空气温度以及0.1 m深度处土壤温度分别比普通温室的提高了1.7~3.8、1.3~3.2和4.3~6.0℃。该研究可为三管集热器的热工设计与工程应用提供参考。To increase the utilization rate of solar energy and solve the problem of low temperature at night in solar greenhouses,this study proposed a new parabolic trough air collector with three receiver tubes(referred to as the three-tube collector)by increasing the number of receiver tubes in the parabolic trough air collector,and built an active-passive heat collection and heat storage system for solar greenhouses.The study conducted an experimental analysis of the thermal performance of five groups of three-tube collectors and their improvement effects on the thermal environment of a solar greenhouse.The results showed that under the experimental conditions,the optimal inlet air velocity for the three-tube collector system was 5.07 m/s,and the average heat collection efficiency and the average exergy efficiency of the three-tube collector were 52.1%and 6.4%,respectively.When the groups of three-tube collectors were applied to the solar greenhouse,at an inlet air flow rate of 322.4 m^(3)/h,the wall surface temperature,indoor air temperature,and soil temperature at the depth of 0.1 m of the actively-passive greenhouse were always higher than those of the ordinary greenhouse.Moreover,during the low-temperature period from 22:00 to 10:00 the next day,compared with the ordinary greenhouse,the wall surface temperature,indoor air temperature,and soil temperature at the depth of 0.1 m in the active-passive greenhouse were increased by 1.7 to 3.8,1.3 to 3.2,and 4.3 to 6.0℃,respectively.This study can provide reference for the thermal design and engineering application of the three-tube collector.
