品字形高层建筑群行人高度风环境优化研究

摘  要:近年来我国城镇化进程不断推进,高层及超高层建筑大量涌现,城市空间向着高密化趋势发展。超高层建筑群周围行人风环境更为复杂,不良风环境会降低行人出行的舒适度和安全性,并且不利于空气中污染物扩散。为改善品字形建筑群行人高度风环境,针对原始建筑群周边若干不良风环境问题,分别采取了改变建筑截面角部形态及增设裙房2种优化措施。从降低建筑周围最大风速比的角度来看,凹角修正方式的优化效果较显著。从不同区域面积比来看,2种措施均能有效降低强风区面积比,其中截面角部修正的优化效果由弱到强依次为凹角、切角及圆角,增设裙房的优化效果随裙房高度的增大呈现出先减弱后增强的趋势。综合对比,无论从降低建筑周围行人高度风速的角度还是提高建筑室外自然通风能力的角度,采用截面角部修正的方式可以得到更好的优化效果。Due to the continuous progress of urbanization in China,high-rise and super-high-rise buildings are appearing in large numbers,and urban space is developing toward high density.Pedestrian wind environments around super high-rise buildings are more complex,and adverse wind conditions can reduce the comfort and safety of pedestrians and are not conducive to the diffusion of pollutants in the air.To improve the wind environment at the pedestrian height of buildings in equilateral triangular arrangements,two optimization measures were adopted in this paper,namely changing the corner shape of the building section and adding podiums to address several adverse wind environment issues around original buildings.From the point of view of reducing the maximum wind velocity ratio around the buildings,the concave angle correction method has a remarkable optimization effect.From the perspective of different area ratios,both measures can effectively reduce the area ratio of the strong wind region.The optimization effects of sectional angle correction intensified in the sequence of concavity,shear,and rounded angles.The optimization effects of adding a podium first decreased and then increased as the height of the podium increases.Through a comprehensive comparison,better optimization results can be obtained by adopting the sectional angle correction approach,both from the perspective of reducing wind speed at the pedestrian height around the buildings and improving the natural ventilation capacity of the buildings outdoors.
