摘  要:住宅室内外交通噪声分布特性及变化规律研究是科学评价和改善住宅声环境的重要基础。以城市快速路沿线某空置居住小区为例,对代表性楼栋的室内(起居室和卧室)和室外(阳台)声环境进行现场噪声级测试,基于150个昼、夜间噪声数据的统计分析,探讨了住宅室内外交通噪声级(等效连续A计权声压级)和频谱曲线的空间分布特性。结果表明:交通噪声整体上对住宅声环境影响严重,导致室内外昼、夜间噪声级很难满足国家标准规定的噪声限值;面向快速路一侧的室内外噪声级显著高于其他位置;不同位置的噪声级差异,阳台最大、起居室次之、卧室最小,而不同位置的噪声频谱曲线分布,室内与室外都基本吻合,且低频噪声的变化幅度小于中、高频;随着楼层层数的增加,室内与室外噪声级均先增大至峰值后逐渐减小,噪声级的变化幅度,室内则高出室外较多,且中频显著高于低、高频。The distribution characteristics and dynamic patterns of indoor and outdoor traffic noise in residential communities require research to scientifically assess and enhance the residential acoustic environment.With a vacant residential community along an urban expressway as an example,on-site noise level testing was conducted on the interiors(living rooms and bedrooms)and exteriors(balconies)of representative buildings.This paper discussed the spatial distribution characteristics of residential indoor and outdoor traffic noise levels(equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level)and spectrum curves based on the statistical analysis of 150 day and night noise data.The results showed that traffic noise generally had a significant effect on the residential acoustic environment,making it challenging for indoor and outdoor noise levels during the day and at night to be within the national standards for noise levels.The side of the property facing the expressway had much higher indoor and outdoor noise levels than other areas.The difference in noise levels in different locations was the largest on the balcony,followed by the living room,and the smallest in the bedroom.The noise spectrum curve distribution at different locations was the same indoors and outdoors,and the change in amplitude of low-frequency noise was smaller than that of mid-and high-frequency noise.As the number of floors increased,both indoor and outdoor noise levels first increased to a peak and then gradually decreased.The changing amplitude of the noise level indoors was much higher than outdoors,and the medium frequency was significantly higher than the low and high frequencies.
