摘　　要：文章详细探讨了针刺戒烟的历史、现状和未来发展。文章首先回顾了针灸古籍中关于戒烟的记载,接着梳理了针刺戒烟的三大策略:体针、耳针和穴位埋线疗法,及其对缓解戒断症状(如焦虑、抑郁等)的作用机制。此外,文章还指出了当前针刺戒烟研究中的不足,并对未来研究方向提出了展望,包括完善临床试验设计、深入探索针刺戒烟的作用机制和优化治疗方案。文章强调了中医药在戒烟干预中的潜力,并呼吁加强相关研究,以提高戒烟成功率并降低烟草对人类健康的危害。This paper discusses the history,current situation and future development of acupuncture smoking cessation in detail.This article first reviews the records of smoking cessation in ancient acupuncture books,and then combs the three strategies of acupuncture for smoking cessation:body acupuncture,ear acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy,and its mechanism of relieving withdrawal symptoms(such as anxiety,depression,etc.).In addition,this paper also points out the shortcomings in the current research on acupuncture smoking cessation,and puts forward the prospect of future research directions,including improving the design of clinical trials,deeply exploring the mechanism of acupuncture smoking cessation and optimizing the treatment plan.This article highlights the potential of traditional Chinese medicine in smoking cessation interventions and calls for enhanced research to improve the success rate of smoking cessation and reduce the harm of tobacco to human health.
