列缺穴与甜美穴戒烟功效及临床应用

摘　　要：针刺是戒烟常用方法之一,国内外文献报道逐渐增多。中医认为烟草火毒先入肺中,耗气伤阴,故针刺戒烟首当从肺论治,取络穴和八脉交会穴之列缺,此为针刺戒烟之经典主穴。此外,与列缺穴位置相近的经验效穴甜美也为重要选穴。文章通过总结文献并结合以往临床研究经验,从戒烟功效的角度系统整理列缺穴和甜美穴的定位、功效和刺法。定位上甜美穴与列缺穴位置相近,同属肺经,功效上二穴通过调节肺经经气,改变再次吸烟时口腔中的味道,从而减轻吸烟欲望,从刺法讨论应顺肺经斜刺,列缺透刺甜美。Acupuncture is one of the commonly used methods for smoking cessation,and the literature reports at home and abroad are increasing gradually.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that tobacco fire poison first into the lung,consume qi and yin,so acupuncture for smoking cessation should be the first from the lung,take Lieque(LU 7),which is the acupoint of the collateral and eight-extra meridian confluent points,as the classic acupuncture for smoking cessation main acupoint.In addition,Tianmei(Extra),which is close to the position of Lieque(LU 7),is also an important acupoint to choose.By summarizing the literature and combining the experience of previous clinical studies,this paper systematically sorted out the position,efficacy and acupuncture methods of Lieque(LU 7)and Tianmei(Extra)from the perspective of smoking cessation efficacy.The location of Tianmei(Extra)and Lieque(LU 7)is similar,both belong to lung meridian;In the effect,the two acupoints by regulating the qi of lung meridian,change the taste in the mouth when smoking again,thus reducing the desire to smoke;From the acupuncture method,it is discussed that the oblique piercing should be along the lung meridian,and through Tianmei(Extra).
