方氏头针治疗烟草依赖的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨方氏头针治疗烟草依赖患者的疗效及安全性,为烟草依赖的治疗提供新方法。方法:纳入烟草依赖患者64例,随机分为对照组(常规针刺治疗)和观察组(方氏头针治疗),每组32例,两组治疗均为第1至2周每周5次,第3至4周每周3次,第5至8周每周2次。在第8周治疗结束后和第20周随访时观察两组患者的戒断率以及尼古丁依赖程度量表(FTND)、吸烟强度指数量表(HSI)、明尼苏达尼古丁戒断症状量表(MNWS)、吸烟渴求的简短问卷(QSU-Brief)评分和呼气一氧化碳(CO)含量以及吸烟量变化情况。结果:对照组持续戒断率为36.67%(11/30),观察组持续戒断率为32.26%(10/31),两组差异无统计学意义。两组患者治疗后FTND评分、HSI评分、MNWS评分、QSU-Brief评分、呼气CO含量、吸烟量均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:方氏头针治疗烟草依赖有效,且与常规针刺相比,方氏头针操作更为简便,且痛感轻微,舒适度高,患者接受度更高,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of FANGs'scalp acupuncture therapy in treating patients with tobacco dependence,aiming to provide new method for patients with tobacco dependence.Methods:This study enrolled 64 patients diagnosed with tobacco dependence and randomly assigning them into a conventional acupuncture control group and a FANGs'scalp acupuncture observation group,with 32 patients in each.Both groups were treated five times per week for the frst two weeks,three times per week for the third and fourth weeks,and twice per week from the fifth to the eighth week.Observe the abstinence rate of the two groups at the end of the 8th-week treatment period,and at the 20th-week follow-up,as well as the variation in FTND scores,HSI scores,MNWS scores,QSU scores,CO measurement,and reduction in smoking.Results:The continuous abstinence rate of the observation group was 32.26%(10/31),which was comparable to that of the control group(36.67%,11/30),showing no significant difference.Both the observation and control groups showed significant reduction in FTND scores,HSI scores,MNWS scores,QSU scores,CO measurement,and reduction in smoking after the treatment(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference between the observation and control groups.Conclusion:FANGs'scalp acupuncture treatment is effective for tobacco dependence.Compared with conventional acupuncture therapy,FANGs'scalp acupuncture treatment for tobacco dependence is more comfortable,leading to better patient compliance and acceptance,and is suitable for clinical applicationand promotion.
