《圣济总录》鲜药汁的临证应用探析

摘　　要：《圣济总录》中以鲜药汁组成的各种方剂,因其药鲜力宏、气味醇厚等药效特点,在主治病证中有其针对性,如鲜药汁滑窍通利之性尤其适宜中风昏闭证,其寒凉清爽之性能够有效针对血热出血证,当病位特殊或急性病及病势凶险时,更可专药专方,单独使用。因病势轻重缓急和患位深浅有异,鲜药汁在应用形式上也有其特殊性,如五官科病及皮肤病中,鲜药汁以淋洗、滴灌、敷贴等不同外用形式,可迅达人体特殊部位,发挥其独特功效。此外,鲜药汁因其特殊形态和药效性能,在临床应用及药物炮制中均有较强的使用价值,故整理归纳《圣济总录》中鲜药汁的病证特点及用药特色,可以为现代药剂研究及临床应用提供参考。Various prescriptions composed of natural juice of medicine in Shengji Zonglu have their pertinence in the treatment of diseases and syndromes because of their natural juice of medicine,rich smell,special shape and other characteristics.For example,natural juice of medicine can smooth the orifices and dredge the benefits,which is especially suitable for stroke and coma syndrome.Its cold and refreshing nature can effectively target the syndrome of blood heat and bleeding.When the disease is special or acute disease and dangerous,it can be used alone.Due to the different severity of the disease and the depth of the disease location,the natural juice of medicine also has its particularity in the application form.For example,in facial diseases and skin diseases,natural juice of medicine can reach special parts of the human body quickly and give play to its unique effect in different external forms such as leaching,drip irrigation and application.In addition,because of its special form and pharmacodynamic performance,the natural juice of medicine can be used as an auxiliary material in the processing,which can play a synergistic or antagonistic role in reducing toxicity.It can act in the prescription,and expand the scope of main treatment of the prescription by syndrome differentiation and compatibility of drug introduction and excipients with other drugs.Natural juice of medicine has a strong value in clinical application and drug processing.Therefore,sorting out and summarizing the disease syndrome characteristics and medication characteristics of natural juice of medicine in Shengji Zonglu can provide reference for modern pharmaceutical research and clinical application.
