摘　　要：痰既是一种病理产物,又是致病因素,其随气流行,无处不到,致病范围广,病机复杂,病证多样。痰证是痰邪在体内生成与蓄积所形成的一系列中医证候。吐法是中医古老的治疗疾病的方法之一,是祛除痰邪的一种方式,临证恰当运用具有方便快捷、费用低廉的特点,对痰证的辨治有着积极的指导意义。文章探讨了吐法治疗痰证的辨证、机制、注意事项及吐后调摄,以期为临床提供思路。Phlegm is a pathological product and a pathogenic factor that goes with the qi throughout the entire body,causing a wide variety of varied diseases,the pathogenesis is complex and the syndrome is diverse.Phlegm syndrome is a condition caused by the development and buildup of phlegm as a pathogenic element in the body.Emetic therapy is an ancient method of treating ailments in traditional Chinese medicine that involves removing phlegm.It is simple,rapid,and inexpensive to use in clinical practice,and it has a positive guiding importance for the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm syndrome.This study investigated the syndrome differentiation,mechanism,precautions and adjustment after vomiting of emetic therapy for phlegm syndrome,in order to provide clinical practice recommendations.
