摘　　要：原发性肝癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤。肿瘤微环境是当前癌症研究的热点。脂代谢是细胞能量代谢的主要方式之一,脂代谢重编程可促进肿瘤进展,通过调节肿瘤的特征在多种癌变过程中发挥重要作用。文章在肿瘤微环境学说指导下,探讨原发性肝癌湿热蕴结证与脂代谢重编程的关系,将有助于从调控脂代谢重编程角度为中医“清肝调脾”治疗原发性肝癌湿热蕴结证提供科学依据。文章可能为原发性肝癌微环境、脂代谢重编程与原发性肝癌湿热蕴结证有显著相关性提供新的理论基础,为临床上运用中医药治疗原发性肝癌提出新的理论依据。Primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive system.Tumor microenvironment is a hotspot of current cancer research.Lipid metabolism is one of the main ways of cellular energy metabolism,and the lipid metabolic reprogramming can promote tumor progression.It plays an important role in various carcinogenesis processes by regulating the characteristics of tumors.In this paper,under the guidance of the tumor microenvironment theory,the relationship between damp-heat accumulation syndrome of PHC and lipid metabolic reprogramming is explored.This will help to provide scientific basis for the treatment of PHC damp-heat accumulation syndrome with the treatment principle of‘clearing liver and regulating spleen'from the perspective of regulating lipid metabolic reprogramming.This study may provide a new theoretical basis for the significant correlation between PHC microenvironment,lipid metabolic reprogramming and PHC damp-heat accumulation syndrome,and provide a new theoretical basis for the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PHC.
