葛根改善高脂血症功效的临床证据及中医机理探析

摘　　要：高脂血症是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、脂肪肝等慢病的主要病理基础,防治高脂血症可有效改善患者预后。本研究旨在调查葛根用于改善高脂血症的现代医学研究证据,并基于古籍证据分析葛根降脂作用的中医机理。证据回顾发现,以葛根为君药的多种方剂可显著降低血脂水平;葛根降脂的活性成分包括葛根素、黄酮类和葛根多糖。中医机理上,葛根可能综升发,升阳,解郁除烦、活血化瘀之功治疗痰湿阻遏、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚和气滞血瘀等主要证型的高脂血症。此外,葛根解酒毒之功可解过量饮酒所致高脂血症。以上中西医理论和证据的阐明有助于深入发掘葛根对高脂血症的药用和食疗价值。Hyperlipidemia is the main pathological basis of arteriosclerosis,coronary heart disease and fatty liver and other chronic diseases,preventing and treating hyperlipidemia can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.This study aims to investigate the modern medical research evidence of Puerariae Lobatae Radix(PLR)used to improve hyperlipidemia,and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of the lipid-lowering effect of PLR based on ancient evidence.The evidence review found that various decoctions with PLR as the monarch drug could significantly reduce the blood lipid level;the active ingredients of PLR for hypolipidemia include puerarin,flavonoids,and polysaccharides of PLR.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,PLR may be used to treat four main types of hyperlipidemia,including phlegm-dampness obstruction,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,liver-kidney yin deficiency,and qi stagnation and blood stasis,through its lifting-expelling,lifting-yang,and eliminating depression and removing vexation and promoting circulation and eliminating stasis functions.Additionally,its detoxification of alcohol function can also be used to treat hyperlipidemia caused by excessive alcohol consumption.The elucidation of the above Chinese and Western medicine theories and evidence is helpful to further explore the medicinal and dietary therapyvalue of PLRfor hyperlipidemia.
