摘　　要：恶性肿瘤在中医学中命名方式多样,文章从中医古籍中寻找其文献相关记载,探寻其命名的发生发展及特点,提出命名方式主要有以病位兼体征、外表形象、疾病症状、疾病发展特点等。命名特点为同病异名及异病同名,以预后区分良性、恶性,以及指导临床辨证论治。并提出了恶性肿瘤中医病名标准化的途径,希望借此研究能够对中医肿瘤学科的发展起到推动作用,为临床实践提供更加规范的命名方式和治疗方案。这一研究对于深入了解中医学中的恶性肿瘤命名方式,促进中医肿瘤学科的发展,具有重要的指导意义。Malignant tumors are named in a variety of ways in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The literature records of malignant tumors are searched from ancient Chinese medicine books to explore the occurrence,development and characteristics of their naming,and the naming methods are mainly based on disease location and signs,appearance image,disease symptoms,and disease development characteristics.The naming features are'same disease with the different name'and'different disease with the same name',to distinguish benign and malignant prognosis,and to guide clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.It also proposes a way to standardize the names of malignant tumors in TCM,hoping that the research could promote the development of TCM oncology discipline and provide a more standardized naming and treatment plan for clinical practice.This study has important guiding significance for understanding the nomenclature of malignant tumors in TCM and promoting the development of TCM oncology.
