国医大师梅国强运用柴胡类方辨治内燥证经验

摘　　要：总结国医大师梅国强辨治内燥证的辨证思路与方药特色。梅教授根据手足少阳同病,辨治内燥证病机属少阳枢机不利:或胆郁化火,伤津化燥;或三焦不利,湿阻致燥;亦或手足同病,湿热胶结。梅教授辨治内燥证首辨病机病位,次辨病邪兼夹。和解之上,突破濡润之常法,另辟蹊径,兼以清宣郁热、条达风木、温化水饮、分消走泄、泄湿透热、清热化痰、解毒利湿法,活用柴胡葛根芩连汤、柴胡四物汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤、柴胡温胆汤、柴胡蒿芩汤、柴胡陷胸汤、柴胡四土汤,常获良效。并举验案一则,以为佐证。This article summarizes the dialectical thinking and prescription characteristics of TCM master MEI Guoqiang's distinguishing and treating syndrome of endogenous dryness.According to the two meridians of hand and foot Shaoyang getting sick simultaneously,professor MEI distinguished the pathogenesis of syndrome of endogenous dryness as Shaoyang cardinal unfavorable:or gallbladder fire,injury fluid dryness;or triple energizer adverse,wet resistance caused by dryness;or hand-foot Shaoyang disease and damp-heat cementation.Professor MEI identified the pathogenesis of syndrome of endogenous dryness,identified the disease and pathogen.In addition to the mediation method,professor MEI breaks through the normal method of moistening and finds a new way by clearing heat,clearing wind and wood,warming water and drink,eliminating diarrhea,excreting dampness and heat,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,detoxifying and removing dampness.Professor MEI uses flexibly Chaihu Gegen Qinlian Decoction,Chaihu Siwu Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction,Chaihu Wendan Decoction,Chaihu Haoqin Decoction,Chaihu Xianxiong Decoction,Chaihu Situ Decoction.And a case is cited asevidence.
