摘　　要：汪受传教授结合小儿独特的生理、病理特点,认为小儿汗证不外虚实两端,病机之重在辨寒热虚实病性,细察汗出性质及部位。辨证施治上以扶正祛邪为治则,虚汗肺表不固者治以益气固表,营卫不和者治以调和营卫,气阴亏虚者治以益气养阴,实汗胃热熏蒸者治以清胃化滞,湿热蒸迫者治以清热利湿。附案例两则,以资验证。Combined with the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children,professor WANG Shouchuan believes that pediatric sweat syndrome is divided into deficiency and excess.The focus of the pathogenesis of this disease is to distinguish the nature of cold,heat,deficiency and excess,and to carefully observe the nature and location of sweating.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation is to strengthen the healthy qi and eliminate evil.In the virtual sweat,
