益气调气法治疗特发性肺纤维化合并胃食管反流病经验

摘　　要：张洪春教授临证重视气机升降出入在肺系疾病防治中的重要地位,提出特发性肺纤维化合并胃食管反流为本虚标实之证,以气虚为本,气机失调为标,常伴随痰饮、瘀血等病理产物的积聚。因此,对本病的治疗,张洪春教授提出益气调气法,旨在益气以补肺脾肾之气,调气以复气机升降出入,辅以祛痰化瘀等法,如此则正气自足,气机调畅。益气调气法完善了当前特发性肺纤维化合并胃食管反流的临床治疗,有助于进一步深入中医药防治肺系优势疾病的研究。Professor ZHANG Hongchun attaches great importance to ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi in clinical prevention and treatment of pulmonary diseases.Professor ZHANG believes that the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux belongs to deficiency in root and excess in symptoms.Qi deficiency is the root and qi disorder is the symptoms,accompanied by the accumulation of pathological products such as phlegm retention and blood stasis.In terms of treatment,professor ZHANG emphasizes that it is necessary to take replenishing and regulating qi as the main treatment method,and pay attention to replenishing the qi of the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,and regulate the ascending,descending,exiting and entering of the qi between the internal organs,and dispel phlegm retention and blood stasis at the same time.Only in this way,the healthy qi is sufficient and the qi movement is smooth.Replenishing and regulating qi method improves the current clinical treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux,and is helpful to further research on the prevention and treatment of lung diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
