摘　　要：《素问·脉要精微论》曰:“夫脉者,血之府也”,指出了脉是容纳血液的器官。《难经·二十二难》载:“血主濡之”,指出血的作用是濡养机体组织。而当血脉受到损害,不能正常行使其濡养机体的功能时,这种状态即为脉损。脉损并非单一脉的病变,而是一个脉、血、靶器官三者之间互相影响的病理循环过程。其病机除了气虚、血虚、血瘀、寒凝之外,笔者更加强调痰湿,并首提热结血脉病机及其证候。Suwen·Maiyao Jingwei Lun said that‘the vessel is house of blood',pointing out that the vessel is the organ that contains blood.Nanjing·Twenty-two Nan said that'blood nourishes it',pointing out that the function of blood is to moisten and nourish the body.When the blood is impaired and unable to perform its function of nourishing the body,it is referred to as vessels damage.The impairment of the vessels does not involve a single vessels,but rather represents a pathological cycle in which the vessels,blood,and target organ interact with each other.In addition to qi deficiency,blood deficiency,blood stasis,and cold coagulation,the authors also emphasize phlegm dampness and initially discuss the pathogenesis and syndromes of heat coagulation in blood vessels.
