摘　　要：四川文氏皮外科根据神经性皮炎的病因病机,在临证治疗中重视祛风清热、健脾祛湿、疏肝理气和滋阴养血。四川文氏皮外科还重视内外结合治疗,内治方面辨证论治分为风湿热蕴肤证(方选简化消风散加减)、肝郁化火证(方选柴芍龙牡汤或丹栀逍遥散加减)、阴虚血燥证(方选百合知母汤合二至丸加减),外治方面包括皮炎酊涂抹、愈肤膏封包、润肤止痒方外洗和火针。在临床运用,效果颇佳。According to the etiology and pathogenesis of neurodermatitis,Sichuan WENs'dermasurgery school pays attention to dispelling wind and heat,strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness,soothing the liver and regulating qi,and nourishing yin and blood in the clinical treatment.Sichuan WENs'dermasurgery school also attaches great importance to the combination of internal and external treatment,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal treatment is divided into rheumatic fever and skin syndrome,and the formula is Simplified Xiaofeng Powder;Liver depression turns into fire evidence,and the formula chooses Chaishao Longmu Decoction or Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder;Yin deficiency and blood dryness syndrome,the prescription selection of Baihe Zhimu Decoction combined with Erzhi Pill,external treatment includes dermatitis tincture application,skin healing ointment encapsulation,emollient and anti-itching prescription external wash and fire needle,which has a goodeffect inclinical application.
