摘　　要：特应性皮炎为一种临床常见的慢性、复发性、变态反应性皮肤疾患,高发于儿童,病久难愈。张作舟教授皮科临证七十余载,皮肤疾病治疗经验颇丰。张教授认为特应性皮炎病因病机主要为先天气机阻滞和后天脾胃失调,诊疗此病当秉持补后天以养先天之本,故重视益气健脾,以调畅气机,固护正气,促进皮损恢复。文章结合张作舟教授治疗此病的3则临床医案,阐述其治疗特应性皮炎学术观点及用药经验,以期为临床提供借鉴与参考。Atopic dermatitis is a chronic,recurrent,allergic skin disease,which is highly common in children and difficult to heal for a long time.Professor ZHANG Zuozhou has engaged in clinical practice in dermatology for more than 70 years and possesses extensive experience in treating skin diseases.Professor ZHANG holds that the etiological and pathological mechanisms of atopic dermatitis mainly consist of congenital qi stagnation and acquired spleen-stomach disharmony.When diagnosing and treating this disease,he adheres to the principle of nourishing the congenital essence by supplementing the acquired aspect.Therefore,he attaches great importance to benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen to regulate qi movement,consolidate the healthy qi,and facilitate the recovery of skin lesions.Combined with professor ZHANG Zuozhou's three medical cases,this article expounds the academic views and medication experience in the treatment of atopic dermatitis,in order to provide referenceforclinical practice.
