摘　　要：温成平教授认为类风湿关节炎前状态的发病是内外因素共同作用的结果,即脾虚湿浸痹病渐进,风湿胶结病发于即崩。他指出类风湿关节炎前状态治疗重点除了健脾补虚外,还需燥湿透邪外出以转危为安,截断病势。温成平教授结合自身临床经验和现代药理研究,制定出运脾祛风除湿基本方,该方临床效果显著。文章总结温成平教授辨治类风湿关节炎前状态的诊治思路,并附医案一则,以期为类风湿关节炎前状态诊治提供新思路。Professor WEN Chengping believes that the pathogenesis of the pre-rheumatoid arthritis(RA)state belongs to the factors of inside and outside.That is,spleen deficiency wet immersion arthralgia is progressive and rheumatism cementation is caused by immediate collapse.He emphasizes that the treatment is focused on invigorating spleen and tonifying deficiency,dryness dampness and expelling pathogen as well as cause those pathogenic factors to go out,which will help preventing the progression.Professor WEN Chengping combines his own clinical experience with modern pharmacological research to formulate the basic prescription for Yunpi Qufeng Chushi,and the clinical effect of this prescription is remarkable.This article summarizes professor WEN Chengping's differentation and treatment of pre-RA state,along with a clinical case,hoping to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the pre-RA state.
