摘　　要：外伤性后视路疾病除视力下降外,通常伴随视野的缺损,给患者日常生活带来极大的困扰。近年因头部外伤造成的后视路疾病时有所见,且容易忽视或漏诊。西医治疗尚缺乏有效疗法,韦企平教授依据近五十年眼科临证经验,对外伤性后视路疾病的病位、病程演变进行了系统的归纳总结,指出瘀血阻络是贯穿整个病程的基本病机。根据病情演变将其分为发病早期和后期,早期应以益气活血通络、疏肝理气为主,后期在益气活血通络的同时,注重补益肝肾、健运脾胃。现将经验总结如下,以期为临床提供新的诊疗思路。In addition to visual loss,traumatic posterior visual pathway disease is usually accompanied by visual field defect,which brings great troubles to patients'daily life.The posterior pathway injury caused by head trauma is often seen in recent years,and easy to be ignored or missed diagnosis.According to the clinical experience of ophthalmology in recent 50 years,professor WEI Qiping summarized systematically the location and course of traumatic posterior visual pathway disease,it is pointed out that blood stasis obstructing collaterals is the basic pathogenesis throughout the whole course of disease.According to the development of the disease,it can be divided into the early and late stages.In the early stage,qi-invigorating,blood-activating,collaterals-dredging,liver-soothing and qi-regulating should be given priority.In the late stage,while qi-invigorating,blood-activating and collaterals-dredging,it should be paid more attention to tonifying the liver and kidney and strengthening the spleen and stomach.Now summarize the experience as follows,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
