清肺排毒汤治疗肺癌经验

摘　　要：清肺排毒汤由麻杏石甘汤、五苓散、小柴胡汤和射干麻黄汤组成。麻杏石甘汤具有清退邪热、平喘降逆之功效;五苓散具有利水渗湿、温阳化气之功效;小柴胡汤具有和解少阳之功效;射干麻黄汤具有温肺化饮、下气祛痰之功效。此方原为治疗新型冠状病毒感染所设,具有宣肺止咳、益气健脾、祛湿排毒之功效。郑玉玲教授认为肺癌的直接病位在肺,间接病位随病程发展及患者体质不同涉及脾、肝、肾、心等,病机为虚、湿、瘀和毒,本方契合肺癌病位、病机,临证运用本方加减治疗肺脾两虚、湿热内蕴型肺癌患者,收效良好。Qingfei Paidu Decoction consists of Maxing Shigan Decoction,Wuling Powder,Xiaochaihu Decoction and Shegan Mahuang Decoction.Maxing Shigan Decoction has the effects of clearing away evil heat and relieving asthma.Wuling Powder has the effects of removing water and permeating dampness,warming yang and transforming qi.Xiaochaihu Decoction has the effect of reconciling Shaoyang;Shegan Mahuang Decoction has the effects of warming lung and removing phlegm by lowering qi.Qingfei Paidu Decoction was originally designed for the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia.It has the functions of promoting lung cough,invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,dispelling dampness and detoxifying.Professor ZHENG Yuling thinks that the direct location of lung cancer is the lung,and the indirect location involves the spleen,liver,kidney and heart with the development of the course of the disease and the different physique of the patient and its the pathogenesis is deficiency,dampness,stasis and toxicity,and this recipe fits the pathogenesis of lung cancer.This formula fits the pathogenesis of lung cancer.The clinical effect is fine by using this modified formula to treat lung and spleen deficiency,damp-heat intrinsic type lung cancer patients.
