基于“杂合以治”理论探讨“药-针-线”结合治疗白癜风

摘　　要：“杂合以治”思想源自《黄帝内经》,是以中医的整体观念和辨证论治为基础,强调因时、因地、因人制宜的中医综合疗法。随着环境、生活方式、遗传因素和卫生水平等多重因素的影响,现代社会的疾病谱已发生变化。白癜风的病因复杂,病机涉及虚实夹杂,病程长且易复发,增加了临床治疗的难度。刘红霞教授积累了丰富的白癜风临床诊治经验,遵循“杂合以治”的理论,以血水同治、疏肝健脾、扶正祛邪立法,因治制宜地选取中药当归芍药散联合毫火针、穴位埋线的综合疗法,内外兼治,简便易行,临床疗效显著。The concept of'combination of treatment'originates from the Huangdi Neijing,which is based on traditional Chinese medicine's holistic view and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It emphasizes the use of individualized,comprehensive therapies adapted to time,place,and person.With the influence of various factors such as the environment,lifestyle,genetics,and healthcare levels,the disease spectrum in modern society has undergone significant changes.Vitiligo has a complex etiology,with a pathogenesis that involves both deficiency and excess,a prolonged course,and a high tendency for recurrence,which increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.Professor LIU Hongxia has accumulated extensive clinical experience in treating vitiligo.Following the‘combination therapy'theory,she applies the principles of treating both blood and water,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,and supporting the body's righteous qi while expelling pathogenic factors.By selecting a combination of traditional Chinese medicine formulas such as Danggui Shaoyao Powder,along with moxibustion and needle insertion therapy,as a tripartite treatment approach,she ensures internal and external treatment,which is simple,effective,and practical with significant clinical results.
