“十字灸”治疗围绝经期综合征上热下寒证经验

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是女性从生殖期过渡到老年期这一重要生理阶段的常见病,给女性及其家庭带来了不良影响。文章总结杨继国教授治疗围绝经期综合征上热下寒证的临床经验。杨继国教授认为,围绝经期综合征上热下寒证的核心病机为脾肾虚衰,气机升降失常。临床应整体辨证,以补脾益肾、调理气机为基本原则,运用中医特色外治疗法“十字灸”治疗,以脾肾为本,标本兼治,升降兼施,寒热同调,临床疗效显著。Perimenopausal syndrome is a common disease in the important physiological stage of female transition from genitalia to old age,which brings bad effects to women and their families.This article summarizes professor YANG Jiguo's clinical experience in treating upper heat and lower cold syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome.Professor YANG Jiguo believes that the core pathogenesis of upper heat and lower cold syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome is spleen and kidney deficiency and abnormal rise and fall of qi machinery.Clinical should be holistic syndrome differentiation,tonifying spleen and kidney,regulating qi as the basic principle,the use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of external treatment'cross moxibustion'treatment,spleen and kidney as the basis,both symptoms and root causes of treatment,both rise and fall,cold and heat harmonization,clinical effect is significant.
