摘　　要：周围性面瘫作为一种临床常见疾病,针灸治疗效果确切,在周围性面瘫的临床诊疗过程中,分期治疗起着指导性的作用,但其分期在国内外标准中并未统一,国内针灸名家基于自身临床经验持有不同认识。笔者综述分析国内外指南和现代临床针灸名家等对周围性面瘫分期的认识,以期归纳出符合周围性面瘫病理特征且适用于针灸临床的分期标准,更好地服务于针灸临床实践。Peripheral facial paralysis is a common clinical disease.Acupuncture treatment has definite effects.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,staged treatment plays a guiding role.However,the staging has not been unified in domestic and foreign standards.Domestic acupuncture experts hold different views based on their own clinical experience.This paper reviews and analyzes the understanding of the staging of peripheral facial paralysis in domestic and foreign guidelines and modern clinical acupuncture experts,with the aim of summarizing a staging standard that conforms to the pathological characteristics of peripheral facial paralysis and is applicable to acupuncture clinical practice,so as to better serve acupunctureclinical practice.
