基于《四部医典》理论浅谈寒热症的发作方式

摘　　要：藏医著作《四部医典》的注释《蓝琉璃》载:“一切病因,初期散于皮、长于肉,接着传于血、附于骨,最后入于脏,注于腑,全身皆受其痛,不论是寒症还是热症,感受相应的外因时逃遁本位进入体内的六门”。但是,仔细研究会发现,寒热症的发作方式并不唯一,既有寒症从体内逐渐入五脏、侵骨肉,散于血管和皮肤的,也有热症透皮入肉,至骨至脉,渐渐下入脏腑。The annotation of the Four Medical Tantra,Blue Medical Canon summarizes:‘all causes,initially scatter in the skin and grow in the flesh,then transmit to the blood and attach to the bone,and finally entered the viscera and inject into the organs,causing pain throughout the body.Whether it is cold or heat,when feeling the corresponding external causes,it is necessary to escape and enter the six gates of the body'.However,careful study will find that the onset mode of cold and heat syndrome is not unique.There are both cold symptoms that gradually enter the five internal organs and invade the bones and fesh,scatter in blood vessels and skin,and heat symptoms that penetrate the skin and fesh,reaching the bones and veins,and gradually descending intotheorgans.
