藏药沉香药性凉温差异及药物基原探究

摘　　要：通过考察藏医药文献,发现关于沉香的药性记载有温、凉、寒等多种说法。通过研究,发现沉香药性有凉温差异是因为藏医采用的药物基原不同,来自瑞香科的沉香偏温性,樟科及木樨科的沉香偏凉(寒)性。所用沉香来自不同基原,原因如下:为了满足使用需求,在当地选用了相似代用品,代用品药性与原品不同;取形态相近的植物致使误用,造成沉香出现凉温差异。同时藏医文献中曾出现过沉香有毒的记载,是因形态与功用相近而将沉香与狼毒混淆所致。目前中医、藏医文化交融日益增多,这提示中医学习借鉴藏医治疗经验时,要注意同名异药的问题,虽同为沉香之名,但功效不同,应避免误用。Through the investigation of Tibetan medical literature,it is found that there are many statements about the medicinal properties of aquilariae lignum resinatum,such as warm,cool,cold and so on.Through research,it is found that the difference in the cool and warm of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum in the records is due to the different drug origin in Tibetan medicine.The Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum from the family of Daphne is warm,and the Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum from the family of Lauraceae and Melilotus is cool(cold).The Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum used comes from different sources for the following reasons:in order to meet the needs of use,similar substitutes are selected locally,and the medicinal properties of substitutes were different from those of the original products;the plants with similar morphology were misused,resulting in the difference in the cool and warm of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.At the same time,there have been records of the toxicity of aquilariae lignum resinatum in Tibetan medical literature,which is caused by the confusion of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum and Stellera Chamaejasme due to the similarity of morphology and function.At the same time,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine culture is increasing day by day,which suggests that when learning from the experience of Tibetan medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine should pay attention to the problem of different drugs with the same name.Although they are all in the name of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum,they have different effects and should avoid misuse.
