慢性非萎缩性胃炎胃肠气滞证量表的信度与效度评价

摘　　要：目的:评价慢性非萎缩性胃炎胃肠气滞证量表的信度、效度。方法:于2022年3—9月在广东省中医院大学城医院消化科门诊选取91例慢性非萎缩性胃炎胃肠气滞证患者进行量表评价。采用Cronbach’s α系数和Pearson相关系数评价量表的内部和外部一致性,通过内容效度、结构效度、收敛效度和区分效度检验评价量表的效度。结果:总量表Cronbach’s α系数0.801和Pearson相关系数0.739,均>0.7;结构方程模型拟合结果显示χ~2/df<3,近似误差均方根<0.08,增值拟合指数、Tucker-Lewis指数、比较拟合指数均>0.9;收敛效度各条目(除外“肠鸣”)因子载荷>0.4,气滞、胃肠维度平均变异数抽取量值(AVE)分别为0.452、0.260,CR>0.6;区分效度显示维度AVE平方根>相关系数0.540。结论:本量表具有良好的信度、效度,未来可临床应用进一步验证。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the diagnostic scale of gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods:From March 2022 to September 2022,91 patients with gastrointestinal qi stagnation syndrome of chronic non-atrophic gastritis were selected from the outpatient Department of Gastroenterology,Higher Education Mega Center,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine for scale evaluation.Cronbach'sαcoefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the inherent and external consistency reliability of the scale.Content validity,structural validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity were used to evaluate the validity of the scale.Results:The Cronbach's aαcoefficient 0.801 and Pearson correlation coefficient 0.739 of the total scale were both greater than 0.7.The fitting results of structural equation model showed that the x df were less than 3,the root mean square error of approximation were less than 0.08,the incremental fit index,Tucker-Lewis index,and comparative fit index were all greater than 0.9.In convergent validity,the factor loading of each item(expected‘borborygmus')were greater than 0.4,the average variance extracted(AVE)of qi stagnation and gastrointestinal dimension were 0.452 and 0.260,respectively,and the CR of each dimension were both greater than O.6.In discriminant validity,the square root of AVE of its corresponding dimension was greater than correlation coefficients O.540 among domains.Conclusion:This scale has good reliability and validity,which can be further verifiedinclinical practiceinthefuture.
