摘　　要：目的:评价气滞证诊断量表的信度和效度。方法:采用流行病学调查设计,收集了336名受试者的证候信息,采用克朗巴赫α系数、因子分析等方法对量表进行信度效度评价。结果:量表的克朗巴赫α系数为0.74,量表的数据适合做因子分析,因子分析选取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为50.2%,显示量表区分效度较高,结构效度好。结论:气滞证诊断量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于气滞证的临床诊断。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Qi Stagnation Syndrome Diagnostic Scale.Methods:An epidemiological survey design was used,symptom manifestations from the 336 participants was collected,and the scale's reliability and validity were evaluated by Cronbach'sαcoefficient and factor analysis.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was O.74,and the data were suitable for factor analysis.Three common factors were selected through factor analysis,with the cumulative variance contribution rate was 50.2%,indicating that the scale has high discriminant validity and good structural validity.Conclusion:The Qi Stagnation Syndrome Diagnostic Scale has good reliability and validity and can be used for the clinical diagnosis ofqi stagnation syndrome.
