摘　　要：银屑病是一种与遗传和环境相关的炎症性皮肤病,发病机制与代谢及免疫相关,且细胞免疫与代谢间还存在交互作用。中医药可改善银屑病患者炎症反应,调节患者免疫功能,降低皮损面积与严重程度指数,但作用机制尚不明确。本课题组在前期研究的基础上,提出免疫代谢交互可作为探讨中医药治疗银屑病作用机制研究的切入点,探讨角质形成细胞代谢重编程情况及其代谢产物对银屑病患者免疫微环境的影响,为中医药治疗银屑病作用机制研究提供思路。Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease related to heredity and environment.Its pathogenesis is related to metabolism and immunity,and there is interaction between fine immunity and metabolism.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can improve the infammatory response of patients with psoriasis,regulate the immune function of patients,and reduce the area and severity index of skin lesions,but the mechanism of action is not clear.On the basis of previous studies,the research group proposed that the interaction of immune metabolism could be used as a starting point to explore the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of psoriasis,and explored the metabolic reprogramming of keratinocytes and the impact of metabolites on the immune microenvironment of psoriasis patients,providing research ideas for the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of psoriasis.
