张从正《儒门事亲》用盐特色探微

摘　　要：通过整理、归纳并分析张从正《儒门事亲》中盐的相关条文,发现《儒门事亲》中盐的种类主要包括沧盐、青盐、戎盐、波斯盐绿及盐,其中以“盐”出现次数居多。《儒门事亲》中所述盐的用法,包括内服法和外用法,内服法有熬或烧后作吐药,合他药煮取,以水、蜜等作为溶剂送服,此外,还有单行,食疗,合药为丸等形式;外用法包括坐剂和外敷法等;并且包含水肿类疾病调护忌盐的记载。笔者通过归纳张从正《儒门事亲》中用盐之法,分析得出张从正用盐病机、症状及疾病特点,以及五大用盐之义:清痰顺气、推陈致新、补肾益精、明目固齿、沉降下行。By sorting out,summarizing,and analyzing the relevant passages related to salt in ZHANG Congzheng's Confucians'Duties to Their Parents,it is found that the types of salt mentioned in Confucians'Duties to Their Parents mainly include Cang salt,Qing salt,Rong salt,Persian salt green,and salt,with'salt'being the most frequently mentioned.The usages of salt described in Confucians'Duties to Their Parents include internal and external applications.Internal applications include boiling or burning it as an emetic,cooking it with other herbs,taking it with water,honey,or other solvents,as well as being used alone,in dietary therapy,and combined with other herbs to form pills.External applications include sitz baths and external applications.Additionally,there are records of avoiding salt in the nursing of edema-related diseases.By summarizing ZHANG Congzheng's methods of using salt in Confucians'Duties to Their Parents,the authors analyze and conclude ZHANG Congzheng's understanding of the pathogenesis,symptoms,and characteristics of diseases that involve the use of salt,as well as the five main purposes of using salt:clearing phlegm and smoothing qi,promoting the elimination of old and the generation of new,nourishing the kidney and essence,improving eyesight and strengthening teeth,and promoting descending and downward movement.
