摘 要:在当前社会一般认知里,辟谷是道家养生修仙方术之一,对解决现代医学领域的诸多健康问题具有应用价值,但亦存在异议。葛洪在其著作《抱朴子内篇》与《肘后备急方》中对辟谷均有论述。重新审视葛洪论著语境中的“辟谷”一词,其用法切近文字本义,即主动的“不吃五谷”,或被动的“无粮可吃”,其目的是抵抗饥饿,是在缺乏口粮的困顿境遇中不得不采取的一切可能有效的生存措施,亦可理解为野外生存技能。In the general cognition of current society,refraining from eating grain is one of the Taoist health repair fairy.It has application value to solve many health problems in the field of modern medicine.There are also different views.GE Hong's works Baopuzi Inner Chapter and Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies have elucidations about refraining from eating grain.Reexamine the phrase'refraining from eating grain'in the contexts of GE Hong's works,and its usage is close to the original meaning of the text.It means not wanting to eat food(active state),or having no food to eat(passive state).The purpose of refraining from eating grain is to fight hunger.In a diffcult situation without regular food rations,all possible effective survival measures had to be taken.From this point of view,refraining from eating grain can be understood as field survival skills.
