摘　　要：针灸针是针刺疗法的核心工具。文章在阅读大量考古发掘报告的基础上,较全面地整理了报告中出土的针具实物,并在综合分析后推测针具的用途。文章考查了中国古代针具由骨针、石针、竹木针等非金属材质针具到铁针和金银针等金属材质针具的革新演变,更新了一些新的内容,填补了一些缺失的重要证据,较完整地理清了针灸针材质演变的脉络,为研究针灸学的发展历史提供价值和意义。Acupuncture needles serve as the pivotal tool in acupuncture therapy.Based on an extensive review of archaeological excavation reports,this article comprehensively compiles the physical evidence of needles unearthed in these reports and infers their usages through comprehensive analysis.It examines the evolutionary transition of ancient Chinese needles from non-metal materials such as bone,stone,bamboo,and wood to metal materials including iron and precious metals like gold and silver.This study introduces novel content,flls in some crucial gaps in the existing evidence,and provides a relatively complete understanding of the material evolution of acupuncture needles.It offers significant value and insights for researching the developmental history of acupuncture science.
