摘　　要：目的:观察益气明目颗粒治疗眼压控制的气虚血瘀型原发性开角型青光眼临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机对照设计,将5家三甲医院的100例患者以1∶1比例分为对照组和试验组。对照组予控制眼压治疗;试验组在此基础上予以益气明目颗粒口服,1次1袋,1日2次;疗程均为3个月。比较视野、最佳矫正视力、视神经纤维层厚度、中医证候量表、A型行为量表、视功能调查量表及视功能损害眼病患者生活质量量表积分。结果:试验组视野缺损、中医证候改善总有效率分别为97.0%(97/100)、88.0%(44/50),均优于对照组[87.0%(87/100)、52.0%(26/50)](P<0.01)。除眼压外,试验组视野平均缺损、模式标准差均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);视神经纤维层、最佳矫正视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气明目颗粒可改善眼压控制的气虚血瘀型原发性开角型青光眼患者视功能、中医证候。此外还可改善患者心理状态,综合提高其整体生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Mingmu Granules in the treatment of intraocular pressure-controlled primary open-angle glaucoma with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:We adopted a multi-center randomized controlled study design and selected 5 tertiary hospitals.One hundred patients with primary open-angle glaucoma with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with controlled intraocular pressure;On this basis,the treatment group gave Yiqi Mingmu Granules orally,1 sachet once,2 times a day;and treatment in both groups for 3 months.The visual field,best-corrected visual acuity,optic nerve fiber layer thickness,TCM syndrome scale score,type A behavioral scale,visual function scale,and quality of life scale for patients with visual impairment eye disease were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The overall effective rates of visual field defect and TCM syndrome improvement in the treatment group were 97.0%(97/100)and 88.0%(44/50),respectively,which were better than those in the control group[87.0%(87/100),52.0%(26/50)](P<0.05).Except for intraocular pressure,the mean visual field deficit and pattern standard deviation of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);the optic nerve fiber layer and best-corrected visual acuity were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Mingmu Granules can improve the visual function and symptoms of Chinese medicine of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma with intraocular pressure control of qi deficiency and blood stasis.In addition,it can also improve the psychological state of patients and comprehensively improve their overall quality of life.
