摘 要:针对玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)难加工的特性,对比研究了Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN涂层硬质合金刀具和PCD刀具高速车削GFRP时的切削性能。结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN涂层刀具初期磨损主要为涂层剥落和基体磨损,PCD刀具初期磨损主要为刃口微崩,随切削长度的增加,两种材料刀具均以后刀面磨损为主,其中Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN涂层刀具还伴有前刀面凹窝形磨损。切削过程中PCD刀具的各切削分力和切削温度及表面粗糙度均低于硬质合金刀具。在高速切削条件下PCD刀具的耐磨性远高于Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN涂层刀具,更适合对GFRP进行长时间稳定车削。bstract A comparative study was conducted on the cutting performance of Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN coated hard alloy cutting tools and PCD cutting tools during high⁃speed turning of glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)materials,which are difficult to machine.The results show that the initial wear of Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN coated cutting tools is mainly caused by coating peeling and substrate wear,while the initial wear of PCD tools is mainly caused by slight chipping of the cutting edge.With the increase of cutting length,both types of cutting tools mainly experienced are on the rear cutting surface,among which Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN coated cutting tools are also accompanied by concave wear on the front cutting surface.During the cutting process,the cutting force,cutting temperature,and surface roughness of PCD tools are lower than those of hard alloy tools.Under high⁃speed cutting conditions,the wear resistance of PCD tools is much higher than that of Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN coated tools,making them more suitable for long⁃term stable turning of GFRP.
