摘  要:钒铝中间合金是战略金属钛合金的关键材料。以高纯V_(2)O_(5)和Al为原料,采用铝热法制备AlV55合金。通过XPS、SEM、XRD等对生产过程中产生的主要质量缺陷氧化膜的物相组成及产生机理进行分析。结果表明:实验条件下钒铝合金的氧化膜颜色以黄色为主,还有少量深蓝色;该氧化膜的组织形貌较粗糙、气孔较少。膜厚为2μm,与基体材料结合良好,不易去除;该氧化膜主要成分是Al_(2)O_(3),还含有部分V_(2)O_(5)和少量的V_(2)O_(4),主要在铝热反应初期高温阶段产生。研究结果为钒铝合金氧化膜的控制提供了技术指导。Vanadium⁃aluminum intermediate alloy is the key material of strategic metal titanium alloy.AlV55 alloy was prepared by thermit method with high purity V_(2)O_(5) and Al as raw materials.The phase composition and formation mechanism of the main defective oxide film were analyzed by XPS,SEM and XRD.The results show that under the experimental conditions,the oxide film color of vanadium aluminum alloy is mainly yellow,and there is a small amount of dark blue.The microstructure of the oxide film is rough and the number of porosities is few.The thickness of the film is 2μm,which has excellent interfacial properties with the base material.Meanwhile,the film is not removed easily.The oxide film is mainly composed of Al_(2)O_(3) and some V_(2)O_(5) and a small amount of V_(2)O_(4),which is mainly produced in the high temperature stage of the initial thermite reaction.The research results provide technical guidance for the control of oxide film of vanadium aluminum alloy.
