摘  要:为探究增材制造钛合金三周期极小曲面(triply periodic minimal surfaces,TPMS)材料在防护领域的应用,设计了不同相对密度的IWP(I-wrapped package)型曲面力学超材料,采用激光选区熔融(selective laser melting,SLM)技术,制备钛合金极小曲面结构试样,采用单轴面内压缩力学试验和直接撞击式霍普金森杆(DIHB)系统方法,研究其准静态及动态力学特性。结果表明:在一定的相对密度范围内,IWP力学超材料的初始峰值应力和平台应力随着相对密度的增大呈近似线性增大,比吸能随着相对密度的增大而增大,但其增值递减。不同相对密度的IWP力学超材料在静态试验中的变形模式相似,出现倾斜剪切带和应力下降的现象。比较结构静动态力学特性发现,IWP力学超材料在高应变率下表现出一定的应变率敏感性,高应变率下结构的初始峰值应力显著提高。研究结果为TPMS力学超材料在不同工况下的应用提供了依据。In order to explore the application of additive manufacturing of triply periodic minimal surfaces(TPMS)in the field of protection,I⁃wrapped package(IWP)surface mechanical metamaterials with different relative densities were designed.selective laser melting(SLM)was used to prepare titanium alloy samples with minimal curved structure.The quasi⁃static and dynamic mechanical properties of the samples were studied by uniaxial compression test and direct impact Hopkinson bar(DIHB)system.The results show that within a certain relative density range,the initial peak stress and platform stress of IWP mechanical metamaterials increase approximately linearly with the increase of relative density,and the specific energy absorption increases with the increase of relative density,but its increment decreases.The deformation patterns of IWP mechanical metamaterials with different relative densities are similar in static tests,and inclined shear bands and stress drops appear.It is found that IWP mechanical metamaterials exhibit a certain strain rate sensitivity at high strain rate,and the initial peak stress of the structure is significantly increased at high strain rate.The results provide a basis for the application of TPMS mechanical metamaterials in different working conditions.
