摘 要:焊接过程中,在冷、热循环的影响下钢结构会产生残余应力,这将影响其腐蚀、开裂、疲劳强度等力学性能,对结构的强度造成危害。因此,利用数值模拟研究建筑外墙用高强钢结构在厚板窄间隙焊接时产生的残余应力。将高强钢结构厚板的基本参数和窄间隙焊接参数输入Abaqus有限元软件,建立高强钢结构厚板试件的有限元模型,计算焊接热辐射与热对流的影响,分析材料宽厚比及焊缝宽度对残余应力的影响。结果表明:焊缝区的应力分布有别于母材区,较大宽厚比可以降低焊缝区的残余应力,试件在8 mm焊缝宽度下的残余应力分布更均匀。In the welding process,the steel structure will produce residual stress under the influence of cold and hot cycling,which will affect its corrosion,cracking,fatigue strength and other mechanical properties,causing harm to the strength of the structure.Therefore,numerical simulation was used to study the residual stress of high strength steel structures used for building exterior walls during the welding of thick plates with narrow gap.The basic parameters of thick plate of high⁃strength steel structure and narrow gap welding parameters were input into Abaqus finite element software to establish the finite element model of thick plate of high⁃strength steel structure,calculate the influence of welding heat radiation and heat convection,and analyze the influence of material width ratio and weld width on residual stress.The results show that the stress distribution in the weld zone is different from that in the base metal zone,and the residual stress distribution in the weld zone is more uniform when the width of the weld is 8 mm.
