摘  要:为探究铜基体的镀银层性能,以成品开关柜梅花动触头触片及自制的15μm镀银铜片为试验对象,分别进行了镀层厚度与表面粗糙度、摩擦磨损及摩擦磨损前后电化学腐蚀等测量试验,重点探究了摩擦磨损试验对试样耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:成品试样银镀层厚度分布不均;划痕宽度比自制品大;表面银镀层高度差比自制试样大;摩擦因数更高,摩擦因数曲线波动更剧烈;经摩擦磨损试验后成品触头触片及自制镀银铜片的自腐蚀电位均减小,腐蚀速率增大,且产生了许多形状不规则的腐蚀坑洞、多种腐蚀产物、杂质,耐蚀性均降低。同时无论是否经过摩擦磨损试验,成品的腐蚀速率均低于自制品。In order to investigate the properties of silver coating copper matrix,the coating thickness and surface roughness,friction and wear,and electrochemical corrosion before and after friction and wear were measured using the contact plate of the finished switch cabinet and the self⁃made 15μm silver⁃coated copper plate as test objects.The influence of friction and wear test on the corrosion resistance of the sample was emphatically investigated.The results show that the thickness of the silver coating is uneven.The width of the scratch is larger than that of the product.The height difference of surface silver coating is larger than that of self⁃made sample.The friction coefficient is higher and the friction coefficient curve fluctuates more violently.After the friction and wear test,the self⁃corrosion potential of the contact plate and the self⁃made silver⁃plated copper plate decreased,the corrosion rate increased,and many irregularly shaped corrosion pits and various corrosion products and impurities are produced,and the corrosion resistance decreased.At the same time,the corrosion rate of the finished product is lower than that of the self⁃produced product regardless of whether it has been tested by friction and wear.
