摘 要:安装边结构是连接零部件、完成定位、密封和载荷传递等功能的重要装配结构。为研究GH4169合金安装边转角结构在弯曲载荷作用下的力学行为,对安装边进行结构特征提取,设计了安装边结构模拟件。通过位移控制的加载方式模拟弯曲载荷,研究不同转角尺寸的安装边结构在弯曲静力和疲劳加载作用下的结构响应。结果表明:不同转角尺寸试件在静载下的弹性变形规律一致,屈服后变形存在明显差异,转角处的最大变形量与残余变形量随转角尺寸增大而减小;弯曲疲劳试验后,模拟件转接圆角过渡区发生多源疲劳断裂,随转角尺寸的增大和最大加载位移的降低具有较好的循环寿命;有限元模拟结果与试验一致,安装边转角尺寸会影响载荷传递和应力分布,是影响安装边结构静力变形和疲劳寿命的主要因素。Flange joint is an important assembly structure for connecting parts,completing the functions of positioning,sealing and load transfer.In order to study the mechanical behavior of the GH4169 alloy flange joint corner structure under bending load,the structural features of the flange joint were extracted,and the simulation pieces of the flange joint structure were designed.Bending load was simulated by the displacement controlled loading method,and the structural response of the flange joint structure with different corner sizes was studied under bending static and fatigue loading.The results show that the elastic deformation of the test pieces with different corner sizes is similar,but there are obvious differences in deformation after yielding during the static loading.The maximum deformations and residual deformation of the pieces decrease with the increase of the corner size.After the bending fatigue tests,the multi⁃source fatigue fracture occurs in the rounded transition zone of the simulation pieces,and the cycle life is better with the increase of the corner size and the decrease of the maximum loading displacement.The finite element simulation results are consistent with the test results,and the corner size of the flange joint affects the load transfer and stress distribution,which is the main factor affecting the static deformation and fatigue life of the flange joint corner structure.
