摘 要:潮州供水枢纽西溪电站建成运行以来,双机发电运行一直无法达到额定出力。通过现场检测和水工模型试验,对电站无法正常运行的影响因素进行分析,确定主要原因是其工作水头无法达到设计额定值,并提出了电站上游进水渠和下游尾水渠的改造方案。西溪电站下游尾水渠改造后,电站双机运行达到了额定出力,效益较显著,改造经验可供类似工程设计和运行参考。Since the construction and operation of Xixi hydropower station of Chaozhou water supply control project,two units generate electricity operation has been unable to reach the rated output.Based on the results of field detection and hydraulic model test of Xixi hydropower Station,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the failure of the hydropower station to operate properly,and determines that the main reason of the proper operation of the power station is that its working head cannot reach the design rated value.The modification schemes of the upstream inlet channel and downstream tailwater channel are proposed.The operation of two nuitsin the power station has reached the rated output after the reconstruction of the downstream tailwater channel,and the benefit is remarkable.The successful experience of the hydropower station reconstruction and the results of the paper can be used as reference for similar engineering design and operation.
