摘 要:洪水风险区划和防治区划是全国自然灾害综合风险普查工作的重要内容,是防洪减灾科学决策、规划、管理的新基础。以北江流域为研究区域,通过区划分析模型构建、风险要素分析计算、风险等级划分等工作,完成了研究区域洪水风险的定量评估,结果表明,北江流域洪水灾害极高、高、中风险区域面积分别为1055.60 km^(2)、1144.55 km^(2)和1174.40 km^(2),主要江河防洪区一级、二级重点防治区面积分别为87.80 km^(2)和141.90 km^(2)。基于北江流域洪水风险区划和防治区划,提出了区域洪水防御工作的建议,为洪水灾害防御工作提供了技术支撑。Flood risk zoning and prevention zoning are important contents of the national comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters,and are a new foundation for scientific decision-making,planning,and management of flood control and disaster reduction.Taking the Beijiang River Basin as the research area,a quantitative assessment of flood risk in the study area was completed through the construction of zoning analysis models,analysis and calculation of risk factors,and classification of risk levels.The zoning results show that the areas with extremely-high-,high-,and medium-risk of flood disasters in the Beijiang River Basin are 1055.60km^(2),1144.55km^(2),and 1174.40km^(2),respectively.The areas of the first and second level key prevention and control zones in the main river flood control areas are 87.80km^(2)and 141.90km^(2),respectively.Based on the flood risk zoning and prevention zoning of the Beijiang River Basin,countermeasures for regional flood prevention work have been proposed,providing technical support for flood disaster prevention work.
