摘 要:流域梯级水库群风险具有传递和叠加效应,连溃条件下的洪水演进模拟对洪水风险管理和应急决策至关重要。广东省流溪河水库是广州市重要水利工程,与黄龙带水库相邻,黄龙带水库溃决可能导致副坝失稳,进而引起水库连续溃决,对下游人民生命财产安全构成重大威胁。使用DL-BREACH和HydroMPM模型构建双库连溃模型,计算溃口流量变化和下游洪水演进过程,分析了溃坝洪水对下游的淹没影响,为流域洪水风险管理提供支撑。The risks associated with cascade reservoirs in river basins have the effects of transmission and accumulation,and the simulation of flood evolution under the condition of consecutive collapses is crucial for flood risk management and emergency decision-making.Liuxihe Reservoir in Guangdong Province is an important water conservancy project in Guangzhou,adjacent to Huanglongdai Reservoir.If Huanglongdai Reservoir collapses,it may lead to instability of the auxiliary dam,further causing consecutive collapses of the reservoir,posing a significant threat to the lives and property of people downstream.This study utilizes the DL-BREACH and HydroMPM models to construct a model of consecutive collapses of the two reservoirs,calculates the changes in breach flow and the downstream flood evolution process,analyzes the inundation impact of the dam collapse flood on the downstream areas,and provides support for flood risk management in the river basin.
