摘 要:由于极端天气影响,我国洪涝灾害越来越频繁,蓄滞洪区可以蓄留超标洪水,有效保护防洪区域安全。无人机摄影技术的发展促进了其在三维模型构建中的使用。该文以某蓄滞洪区为例,应用无人机摄影技术构建区域三维实景模型,并利用二维水动力洪水演进模型进行洪水淹没分析,可为洪灾避险撤离提供指导。Due to extreme weather effects,the flood disasters in our country are becoming more and more frequent,and the flood storage area can store excess flood waters and can effectively protect the safety of flood control areas.The development of drone photography technology has promoted the construction of three-dimensional models.This article takes a flood area as an example.It uses drone photography technology to build a three-dimensional real-life model,and use the two-dimensional water power flood evolution model for flood drowning analysis to provide guidance for the flood evacuation.
