摘　　要：自上世纪40年代开始,海洋油气至今已发展70余年,在全球能源需求持续上涨,而陆地石油勘探开发逐渐衰竭的背景下,海洋油气在油气行业的占比逐步扩大,对产业影响也在逐步加深,俨然已成为影响油气分布格局的重要因素,并将接替陆地油气成为未来油气发展的重要板块。通过对海洋油气在世界及我国的起源、发展及现状进行整理、分析,总结归纳了我国海洋油气发展中存在的优势与不足,以及关键领域面临的挑战与机遇,梳理了世界及我国未来海洋油气发展的大致趋势,并给出了重点发展建议,以期为我国海洋油气事业的研究与发展提供一定的参考。Since the beginning of the 1940s,offshore oil and gas has been developing for more than 70 years.This has occurred against the backdrop of a continuous rise in global energy demand and the gradual depletion of onshore oil exploration and development.As a result,the proportion of offshore oil and gas in the oil and gas industry has gradually expanded,and the impact on the industry has gradually deepened.This has become an important factor affecting the distribution pattern of oil and gas.It is likely to become an important source of oil and gas in the future,replacing onshore oil and gas in future development.This paper comprehensively analyzes the origin,development and current situation of offshore oil and gas both globally and in China.It identifies the advantages and disadvantages of China's offshore oil and gas development,as well as the challenges and opportunities in key areas.It also outlines the general trend of the future offshore oil and gas development in the world and China.Finally,it provides key development suggestions,which may serve as a reference for the research and development of China's offshore oil and gas industry.
