摘 要:针对海上油田套管分支井完井中出现的压裂隔离系统承压低,不能及时返排出井筒影响完井作业效率的问题,设计了一种新型暂堵工具。该文介绍了该工具的工艺原理和结构组成,通过破裂盘力学分析来确定出暂堵工具尺寸参数,对破裂盘的承压能力和击碎载荷进行了静力学有限元分析,并进行了性能测试试验,拟合出破裂盘的厚度和破裂压力及温度系数等变量的函数关系。理论分析和试验证明:设计的暂堵工具承压35 MPa,用12 t的撞击载荷可使暂堵工具的破裂盘破碎成小于5 mm×5 mm×5 mm的细小颗粒,易于返排出井筒。研制的暂堵工具能满足海上油田套管分支井完井技术指标要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problem that the fracturing isolation system has low pressure and cannot return to the wellbore in time in the completion of casing branch wells in offshore oilfields,which affects the efficiency of completion operation,we designed a new type of temporary plugging tool.The process principle and structural composition of the tool are introduced in this paper.The size parameters of the temporary plugging tool are determined by the mechanical analysis of the rupture disc.The static finite element analysis of the bearing capacity and crushing load of the rupture disc is carried out,and the performance test is carried out.The function relationship between the thickness of the rupture disc and the variables such as the rupture pressure and the temperature coefficient is fitted.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the designed temporary plugging tool can bear the pressure of 35 MPa,and with a 12 t impact load,the rupture disc of the temporary blocking tool can be broken into less than 5 mm×5 mm×5 mm fine particles which can be easily discharged out of the wellbore.This temporary plugging tool can meet the technical requirements of casing branch well completion in offshore oilfields,and it has certain popularization and application value.
