摘 要:为了有效预防热水驱开发过程频繁结垢问题,对海上D油田热水驱工况下的结垢机理进行了研究,并筛选评价了耐高温防垢剂。采用动态结垢实验研究了不同温度下沉降垢和悬浮垢的结垢规律,并对结垢产物的成分进行了分析,通过钙离子滴定法评价了4种耐高温防垢剂的防垢性能。结果表明,D油田注入水中沉降垢含量随温度升高,呈指数型增加趋势,结垢量由初始温度60℃下13 mg/L增加到热水驱设计温度130℃下37 mg/L;悬浮垢含量随温度升高,呈先增加后减少趋势,结垢量由60℃下94 mg/L增加到150℃下1361 mg/L,当温度进一步升高至180℃,结垢量938 mg/L。结垢产物以钙、镁、铁的碳酸盐为主,含一定量铁的腐蚀产物;共聚物型耐高温防垢剂YFFZ636防垢效果最佳,在130℃时防垢率达到92.6%。推荐在注水加热设备前添加浓度为30 mg/L的YFFZ636。In order to effectively prevent frequent scaling during hot water injection development,the scaling mechanism of offshore oilfield D under hot water injection is studied,and the high-temperature resistance scale inhibitor was evaluated.Dynamic scaling experiment was applied to study the scaling rules of settling scale and suspended scale at different temperatures.The scaling product components were analyzed.The anti-scaling performance of four high temperature resistance anti-scaling agents was evaluated by calcium ion titration.The results show that scale deposition in injected water of oilfield D increases exponentially with the increase of temperature,and the scale deposition increases from 13 mg/L at the initial temperature of 60℃to 37 mg/L at the design temperature of 130℃hot water flooding.With the increase of temperature,the suspended scale content firstly increased and then decreased,and the scale formation increased from 94 mg/L at 60℃to 1361 mg/L at 150℃,and 938 mg/L when the temperature further increased to 180℃.The scaling products are mainly calcium,magnesium,iron carbonates and a certain amount of corrosion products of iron.Copolymer high temperature resistance scale inhibitor YFFZ636 has the best scale prevention effect,the anti-scaling rate reached 92.6%at 130℃.It is recommended to add YFFZ636 with a concentration of 30 mg/L before water injection heating equipment.
