摘 要:基于黄土高原2006—2021年的面板数据,采用超效率EBM模型、固定效应模型、中介和调节效应模型分析农地经营规模对农业碳排放效率的影响机制,结果表明:(1)黄土高原农地经营规模与农业碳排放效率之间呈现“倒U”型关系,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍成立;(2)农地经营规模通过化学品投入强度的中介作用对农业碳排放效率产生“倒U”型影响,提高财政支农政策力度有助于削弱化学品投入强度与农业碳排放效率之间的负向关系。当前阶段研究区应将耕地流转与土地整治、农业社会化服务作为适度扩大农地经营规模的着力点,同时加强对农业化学品投入等生产环节的科学管理,并重视财政支农补贴在方式与结构上的科学优化。Based on the panel data of the Loess Plateau from 2006 to 2021,the analysis of the mechanism of the impact of farmland operation scale on the agricultural carbon emission efficiency was carried out by using the super-efficient EBM model,the fixed-effects model,and the mediating and moderating-effects models.The results show as follows.(1)There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the farmland operation scale and the agricultural carbon emission efficiency in the Loess Plateau,which still holds true after a series of robustness tests.(2)The farmland operation scale has an inverted U-shaped effect on the agricultural carbon emission efficiency through the mediating effect of chemical input intensity,and increasing the strength of financial policies to support agriculture can help to weaken the negative relationship between the chemical input intensity and the agricultural carbon emission efficiency.Conclusions of this study show that at the current stage,the studied area should take farmland transfer and land remediation,and agricultural socialization services as the focus of moderately expanding the scale of farmland management.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the scientific management of farmland production processes,such as agricultural chemical inputs,and to pay attention to the scientific optimization of the mode and structure of financial support for agricultural subsidies.
