数字经济对旅游城镇化发展的非线性效应——以湘西地区为例

摘　　要：以湘西地区24个县(市、区)为例,构建面板平滑转换回归模型(PSTR),深入剖析2014—2021年数字经济对湘西地区旅游城镇化的非线性效应及其异质性特征。研究结果表明:(1)湘西地区数字经济发展呈现“零星式”多点分布向“组团式”聚集形态转变的发展格局,旅游城镇化发展呈现“内部差异大且极化作用明显”的发展趋势。(2)数字经济对旅游城镇化发展呈现边际效应递增的非线性效应,PSTR模型以较高的转换速率在[0.165,0.472]范围内实现了平滑转换,当产业结构升级完全越过阈值0.930之后,数字经济对旅游城镇化的非线性效应持续增强。(3)数字经济对湘西地区旅游城镇化发展的非线性效应存在结构异质性与区域异质性。结构异质性分析显示,数字基础设施、数字技术创新对旅游城镇化影响边际效应的递增呈促进作用,数字产业发展、数字普惠金融因城乡之间“数字鸿沟”的存在导致其对旅游城镇化的影响呈现双门槛非对称特征;数字经济对湘西地区旅游城镇化的非线性效应存在区域异质性,数字经济阈值效应是非线性影响效应存在区域差异的主要原因。Taking 24 counties(cities and districts)in western Hunan as an example,this study constructed a panel smooth transition model(PSTR)to explore the nonlinear effects of digital economy on tourism urbanization and heterogeneous features from 2014 to 2021.The results are as follows.(1)The development pattern of digital economy in western Hunan is changing from“scattered”multi-point distribution to“group”aggregation,and the development trend of tourism urbanization is“large internal differences and obvious polarization”.(2)Digital economy presents a nonlinear effect of increasing marginal effect on tourism urbanization development,and the PSTR model achieves a smooth transformation within the range of[0.165,0.472]at a high conversion rate.When the upgrading of industrial structure completely exceeds the threshold value of 0.930,the nonlinear effect of digital economy on tourism urbanization continues to increase.(3)The nonlinear effect of digital economy on tourism urbanization development in western Hunan has structural and regional heterogeneity.The structural heterogeneity analysis shows that digital infrastructure and digital technology innovation have an increasing marginal effect on tourism urbanization,and digital industry development and digital inclusive finance have a double-threshold asymmetric effect on tourism urbanization due to the existence of“digital divide”between urban and rural areas.There is a regional heterogeneity in the nonlinear effects of digital economy on tourism urbanization in western Hunan,and the threshold effect of digital economy is the main reason for the regional differences in the nonlinear effects.
